Cancellation and Refund

1. Introduction

At Neoventis, we are committed to providing quality website development services to our clients. We understand that sometimes situations arise where a refund may be necessary. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

2.1 Pre-Development Stage

If the Client decides to cancel the project before any development work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued, minus any administrative fees incurred.

2.2 Development Stage

If the Client decides to cancel the project after development work has commenced but before the project is completed, the refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed. The Company will provide a detailed breakdown of the work completed and the corresponding costs.

2.3 Post-Development Stage

No refunds will be issued once the project has been completed and delivered to the Client.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are non-refundable:

– If the project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon specifications.

– If the Client fails to provide the necessary content, materials, or feedback in a timely manner, resulting in delays or issues with the project.

– If the Client decides to terminate the project for reasons unrelated to the quality of the service provided by the Company.

4. Dispute Resolution

If the Client is dissatisfied with the services provided, they are encouraged to contact the Company to discuss the issues. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes or concerns to the Client’s satisfaction.

5. Requesting a Cancellation

5.1 Procedure

To request a cancellation, the Client must submit a written request to Neoventis outlining the reasons for the request. The Company will review the request and respond within 10 business days.

5.2 Documentation

The Client may be required to provide additional documentation or evidence to support their refund request. This may include project agreements, communications, and other relevant materials.

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Approval

If the refund request is approved, the Company will process the refund within 15 business days.

6.2 Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
